Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru is based on the shoujo-ai game by Caramel Box.
The main character Mizuho is a nice guy who was born in a good family, smart, and moral. But one day, he has to transfer to a girl’s high school by his grandfather’s last will. Then, he has to disguise like a girl to go to the school…
This is a very nice anime, very lovely and funny. The characters are simply adorable, just like another anime called Final Approach. One of the reasons I decided to get this anime was because of the drawing arts applied in it, I simply love this type of drawing where the female characters are so cute. Sometimes you just wonder, why aren’t there girls like these in real life? So beautiful, caring for each other…. it’s just not that simple to find a girl like this in the real world.Apart from the anime Alter produced three figures of the main characters, although I think there should have been four and the last one should had been Mariya the childhood friend of Mizuho, it’s not fair that she didn’t get a figure of her.

Hi,
My names “Pseudonym” and I’m from Australia, and I found your blog by mere fluke.
What caught my attention was the series ‘Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru’
that you mentioned.
I didnt know about it, but what you wrote reminded me of ‘Ouran HIgh School Host Club’, which i found highly entertaining.
Your collection of figurines is very impressive, I thought about starting such a collection, but I’m more into the weapon replicas from anime series’ and games.
If you have MSN or something I’d love to stay in touch.

this is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Decent anime, makes you cry a bit. Not much. I can say that the animation is quite sad for such a promising title though, should’ve asked Shaft to be the animation company.
are they for sale
Well the figures are a bit old but its not impossible to find them
