Living in my country (Portugal) is not so bad, I like living here and many people from other countries like England, Germany, Holland (mostly from Europe) come to live here because live is cheaper compared to their countries and the weather is great to, but I’m not here to talk about this. The only problem I see here for an Otaku (I’m not one) is that it is very hard to find good anime merchandise here and when you find it the prices are off the hook, I mean why are they so expensive I can import them for much less, but some stores put like 20 or more € above the normal price of things so many Otaku guys and girls here import stuff from other countries from Europe, America and even Japan, some people have already asked me where do I get my stuff and I redirect them mostly to japanese web stores. But recently a great store opened up here, it’s not big and it’s a bit far away from where I’m leaving, anyway this store if I’m not mistaken opened in last October but I only found about it in December, at first I was a bit reluctant in going there because I’ve been to some of these stores and they don’t have any kind of good anime merchandise materials but this store is really ok in my book, the merchandise that is sold there has very acceptable prices compared to some other stores I’ve seen and are weak compared to this one. You can find Gundam kits, some PVC figures, trading figures, mangas and probably some more stuff.
The shop name is Jikai if you by any chance are in Lisbon and are an anime merchandise fan I advise you to go there, it’s really simple to find the shop, just take the subway in the yellow line towards “Odivelas” and get out on the station of Lumiar, head towards Alameda Linha das Torres exit, once outside you’ll find this building
the store’s number is 71 you can’t miss it, you can’t find it by the numbers take the stair to the first floor and look for a shop with anime stuff on the windows
